NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Committee move into a CLOSED MEETING at 2:04 p.m., pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)(e)(f) and Section 239(3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, to deal with personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; advice that is subject to a solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and for the purpose of educating and training members.
