NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Application No. A06-24, to grant a variance from Section 5.7 a) Decks to permit the construction of a deck 2.5m (8.2ft) above final grade and 4.5m (14.76ft) from the high water mark on this 4.65 ha (11.5 ac) property, be approved , subject to: a) building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and b) development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
