NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the April 23, 2025 Special Meeting of Council Agenda, be approved.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council move into a CLOSED MEETING at 12:59 p.m., pursuant to Section 239(3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, for the purpose of educating or training members.
