MacLeod NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the January 17th, 2024 Special Meeting of Council, be approved.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council move into a CLOSED MEETING at 12:34 p.m., pursuant to Section 239(2)(b)(k) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, to deal with personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
