NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole move into a CLOSED MEETING at 2:44 p.m., pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, to deal with personal matters about an identifiable individual , including municipal or local board employees.
