NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 44(8) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, Steve Wark is hereby appointed as Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment, for the Township of The Archipelago and Cale Henderson and Maria Pinto are authorized to carry out the duties of the Secretary-Treasurer in his absence.
