NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Water Access Task Force Meeting held on June 15, 2023, be approved.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Water Access Task Force move into a CLOSED MEETING at 1:53 p.m., pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, to deal with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
