NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Application No. A13-23, to grant a variance from Section 5.1.2 ii) a) Accessory Structures-Residential to permit the construction of a 53.5 m² (575.87 ft²) two-storey detached garage having a height of 6.9 m (22.6 ft), on this 0.27 ha (0.67 ac) property, be approved , subject to: a) building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and b) development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
