NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Minor Variance Application No. A01-20, to grant a variance from Section 5.36 b) i) to allow for the construction of a new 74 square metre (797 square feet) sleeping cabin, on this 0.63 hectare (1.55 acre) parcel of land, be approved , subject to: a) building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and b) development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
