Reconstruction of Buildings or Structures and Section 7.1.3 f) Minimum Side Yard Setback to permit reconstruction of a boathouse with a ground floor area of 39.3 m² (423 ft²) and the continuation of an existing 8.9 m² (95.8 ft²) storage shed located 3 m (9.8 ft) from the side lot line on this 0.49 ha (1.21 ac) property, be approved , subject to: building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
