NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole move into a CLOSED MEETING at 11:36 a.m., pursuant to Section 239(2)(a)(b) and (c) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, to deal with security of the property of the municipality or local board; personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, and a proposed or pending acquisition of land by the municipality.
