NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Application No. A08-23, seeking relief from Section 5.36h) to permit the construction of an 18.82 square metre (202.58 square feet) sleeping cabin, having a front yard setback of 0.6 metres (2 feet), for the proposed sleeping cabin and portion of covered deck, that is included in the total floor area calculation, and a front yard setback of 2.13 metres (7 feet) for that portion of attached deck, not included in the total floor area calculation, on this 0.4 hectare (1.0 acre) property, be approved subject to the following conditions: That building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and The development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
