NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Application No. A05-23, seeking relief from Section 5.22 c) iii), to permit the relocation and reconstruction of an existing non-complying 80 square metre (860 square feet) dwelling, with a 53.5 square metre (576 square feet) dwelling, being 26.5 square metres (284 square feet) smaller in area than that which currently exists, be approved , subject to: building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
