NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED Application No. A01-26, to grant a variance from Sections 6.1.3 c) ii) and 6.1.3 d) i), to permit a total lot coverage of 431.3 m² (4642.03 ft²) and permit the construction of a main dwelling, having a maximum ground floor area of 291.9 m² (3142 ft²), be approved, subject to: a) That Committee direct staff to request Council pass a by-law deeming the subject lands subject to Site Plan Control to require the owner to enter into an agreement to ensure appropriate landscaping around the redevelopment of the property is undertaken as per Policy 10.14 of the Official Plan; b) That building permits for these works be secured within 2 years from the date of the decision; and, c) The development of the property shall proceed in substantial compliance with the plans and drawings submitted with the application.
